LesMills Strength Development at Nordic Wellness
Les Mills Strength Development focuses on strength and building muscles, hypertrophy, and creating muscle power. It’s a concept where classic gym training meets the benefits of group training. Imagine strength training in the gym but in a group training room and very effective. Basic exercises such as deadlifts, squats, lunges, shoulder press, clean and jerks, and so on but with few repetitions and heavy weights. The training takes place with a varied number of reps at different tempos in different sets. It doesn’t work in time with the music but at a set pace in a certain time interval.

To book a place in the class: Use the Nordic Wellness app or website.
Log in with the following details:
- The username is the email address you provided at registration (when you picked up your NW card).
- The password is the first six digits of your personal number YYMMDD (can be changed after logging in).
If you need to cancel your place, do it in the same way, at least 4 hours before. Drop-in is also possible if there is space available.
