The above Conference Package includes the following:
- An app with conference materials and conference program
- Breaks with coffee, tea and snack
- Lunches during the conference days
- Five days ticket for Karlstad public transportation
- Welcome party on Monday evening (June 10, 2024)
- Conference dinner on Wednesday afternoon (June 12, 2024)
Cancellation policy
If you are no longer able to attend Equadiff 2024 in Karlstad you are able to cancel your registration free of charge until May 13, 2024.
Cancelation after May 13, 2024 will be fully charged.
You may transfer the registration to a colleague free of charge at any time by contacting konferens@kau.se
