Internet of Things - Data management
1.5 ECTS creditsThe course treats the Internet of Things (IoT), where communication takes place between free-standing connected units, rather than between humans and machines. The course is focused on small, resource-efficient units such as sensors for the measuring and steering of controls and their communication. Many connected units produce large quantities of data that must be managed, and the course covers the process from data collection to steering another unit based on the analysis of the collected data, through the stages of collection, storage, processing, analysis, automation, and presentation.
