Public Law

The course deals with basic Swedish government and constitutional law. The foundations of the Swedish constitution and public administration are treated, as well as the constitutional freedom of the press act and rules for public access and secrecy in public agencies, and the basics of municipal autonomy and the local government law.

Progressive specialisation: G1F (has less than 60 credits in first‐cycle course/s as entry requirements)

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
