Digital examinations
Digital examinations are a part of a number of courses at Karlstad University. You will receive more information from teaching staff if your courses are examined digitally. Students complete digital exams on their own computers, or on computers borrowed for this purpose.
As a student, you are responsible for preparing for writing a digital exam.
For a short period, we will have 2 different systems in which we will do digital exams. Information about which system to use for your exam can be found in Mitt Kau, on the course page on Canvas or from your teacher. For information and instructions, click on the system in which you will take your exam (working on english versions)
If you don’t have a computer on your own, follow the link below to loan a computer from the university, at least 8 days before the exam. The computer will be ready for you in the exam room on the date of the exam. The number of loan computers is limited and is intended for those who cannot get a computer on their own. Loan computers cannot be booked for exams on distance.
