Conference fee

Ordinary conference fee: 156 EURO (1750 SEK)

Those who are invited guests will be notified by e-mail.

The conference fee includes:

  • Welcome reception and lectures from 8 May after 14.00 until lunch on 10 May.
  • Coffee breaks with coffee are included every day, as well as lunch on May 9 and grab to go lunch on May 10.
  • Welcome evening with mingling buffet May 8.
  • Conference dinner at Scandic Winn 9 May.

Travel information

There are very few domestic flights to our destination at the time being, but on the other hand, you can take an express train from central Stockholm to Karlstad. You then have to take the Arlanda express or airport bus into Stockholm to change, it takes about 20 minutes. To book domestic trains, please visit sj.se for information and booking. The timetable will be updated frequently.

It is also possible to take a direct bus from Arlanda to Karlstad with two stops on the way via Bus4You. Visit the website for more information bus4you
