App development for Mobile e-services
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course addresses the specific problems associated with the development of software for mobile platforms. The following tools for creating robust Android applications are treated:
- programming language
- Application Programming Interface (API)
- Integrated Development Environment (IDE)
- emulation environment
- test environment.
Techniques for improving the possibilty of organising and maintaining software are also treated.
The course is based on practical exercises requiring students to clarify, analyse and handle different design problems. Instruction is in the form of study guides, multimedia instructions, lectures, laboratory supervision and seminars.

Information Systems 60 ECTS cr, including ISGA04 Basic Programming 7.5 ECTS cr, ISGB04 Programme Development 7.5 ECTS cr and ISGB03 Object-Oriented Modeling 7.5 ECTS cr, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
