7.5 ECTS creditsThe course comprises the following components:
- Individual labour law, including legal regulations of the employer-employee relation
- Collective labour law, especially the importance of collective agreements and the employer's duty to negotiate with the trade unions
- Public labour law and EU labour law, especially the extensive special regulation of the public sector and the change effected by EU law on Swedish labour law.

60 ECTS credits from semesters 1-2 and 30 ECTS credits from semesters 3-4 completed in the Law programme at Karlstad University

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
